Optimising the repair, refurbishment and replacement of assets, to deliver service requirements and minimise the cost of ownership, is fundamental to good public services, and at the heart of long-term (PFI) service contracts. Working with operators, suppliers, contractors and financiers, I develop and deliver asset management strategies from the collection of data to the formulation of capital and maintenance programmes.
